Ultra Thin Whitetopping Demonstration - Del Mar, California

The Soff-Cut Ultra Early Entry system was featured at a seminar sponsored by the Southern California Ready Mixed Concrete Association (SCRMCA) and the Western States Chapter (WSC) of the American Concrete Pavement Association.

Whitetopping is a concrete overlay 2 to 4 inches thick bonded to an existing asphalt pavement with closely spaced control joints. The asphalt can be in a distressed state. The resulting composite pavement delivers the long life and superior performance characteristics of concrete pavement.
